The Foundations Course

Common questions
Is 423 really confidential?
Groups are designed to be confidential and grace-based. During intake, we’ll explain the group’s privacy expectations and the limited safety or legal circumstances that require action.
Is there a cost?
Yes. 423 Men membership is $35 per month. It includes your weekly group, Foundations, counselor-led workshops, on-demand workbooks and resources, and member discounts on Soul Care & Story Work coaching.
Are groups online or in person?
Both are available, depending on location and group capacity. We’ll help you find the best available fit for your schedule and season.
What does a weekly group look like?
Groups meet for two hours. One hour centers on honest, grace-based witnessing community; the other equips you with practical recovery tools and gospel-centered formation.
What happens after I apply?
A trained intake coach will contact you to listen, answer questions, review expectations, and help identify the right next step.
