A Framework for Launching a 423 Community
This is a practical, step-by-step pathway designed to help your church move from interest to launch to long-term sustainability.
Clarify Vision & Raise Awareness
Begin with a guided strategy call to assess readiness, identify the right program, and align expectations. Then create awareness inside your church by inviting a 423 representative to preach, teach, or host a workshop.
- Strategy call + readiness assessment
- Invite 423 to preach or host workshop
- Provide clear next-step pathway for interested participants
Outcome: cultural clarity and a defined launch plan tailored to your church.
Activate Partnership & Launch Your Group
Formalize partnership with 423 and launch your first structured recovery group. Together, we clarify roles, establish support rhythms, and ensure the right systems are in place for long-term health.
- Activate formal church partnership
- Launch weekly 2-hour structured group rhythm
- Enroll members into the Introduction to Recovery — Foundations course
- Ongoing webinars, coaching calls, and workshops included
The group continues to meet year-round and remains open to new members as they enter the recovery journey.
Outcome: a stable, repeatable recovery ecosystem embedded into the life of your church.
Certify Leaders & Multiply
Leaders are trained from within the group through a robust certification pathway and ongoing continuing education (8–10 trainings annually).
- Certified 423 Group Leader process
- Ongoing coaching and oversight
- Groups multiply as new leaders are trained
- Members transition into long-term Building stage
Outcome: sustainable leadership and long-term discipleship culture.
