- The same private group of women throughout the experience
- Selected curriculum and cohort-specific resources
- A private cohort Space inside the 423 Network
- An approved, compensated facilitator supported by the broader 423 team
How the work is held
A confidential, grace-based place to share honestly, listen without fixing, and practice being known without being reduced to your struggle.
Selected curriculum and facilitator guidance help women understand patterns, attachment, shame, spiritual formation, and practical recovery skills.
Reflection, workbook exercises, relational practices, and concrete next steps carry recovery beyond the weekly meeting.

The topic may change, but the core experience remains steady: honest community, guided learning, personal reflection, and practical change.

What you should know before joining.
Questions about your specific situation, current availability, or group fit can be discussed privately during intake.
Who is 423 Women designed for?
423 Women serves adult women seeking freedom from pornography, masturbation, compulsive fantasy, and other unwanted sexual behaviors. The program also addresses the shame, wounds, beliefs, emotions, and relationship patterns that often sit beneath those behaviors.
What is included in the year-round community?
Community membership includes the private 423 Women Network, guided workshops throughout the year, monthly community-wide check-in calls, access to workbooks and recovery resources, program announcements, and continued connection before and after formal cohorts.
What does the program cost?
The year-round community is $25 per month or $250 annually. Guided 12-week cohorts are purchased separately and will typically cost $279–$329, with $299 as the standard anticipated price. Individual coaching is priced separately according to the coach and session frequency, with exact rates provided before scheduling.
Can I work with a coach without joining a cohort?
Yes. Individual coaching can serve as a separate recovery pathway or be added alongside community membership and cohort participation. Availability depends on the current coaching team, and coaching needs that require clinical treatment will be referred to an appropriate licensed professional.
Do I need a community membership to join a cohort?
Yes. An active community membership accompanies cohort participation so every woman remains connected to the broader Network, resources, workshops, and community support throughout the twelve weeks.
When do I pay for a cohort?
Women can review the launch date, format, curriculum, and price before applying. Cohort payment is collected only after a woman has completed the approval and placement process.
What happens during the weekly cohort meeting?
Weekly meetings are approximately two hours. One portion creates room for honest check-in, listening, prayer, and Witnessing Community. The second portion focuses on the selected curriculum, discussion, practical tools, and personal application.
Are cohorts online or in person?
Formats may vary by season, participant need, and available leadership. Some cohorts may meet virtually while others may be connected to a local church. Current options will be clearly listed for each cohort.
Is this therapy or professional counseling?
No. 423 Women is a peer recovery and discipleship community, not therapy, clinical treatment, crisis care, or a substitute for licensed professional support.
Is financial assistance available?
Limited financial assistance may be available for both community membership and cohort enrollment. Applicants can request support confidentially during the intake and placement process.
