Inside Our Groups
One of the greatest privileges that we have inside our groups is getting to step into the space alongside our sisters and introduce them over and over again to the grace and love of God, allowing them to step out of hiding, out of isolation and shame, and into the freedom of being known and loved as they wrestle and fight against the patterns of unhealthy behaviors that have dominated their lives.
Regardless of where you find yourself in your story, this is a place where you can go every week, and be radically transparent, vulnerable and honest as you wrestle with shame, identity and learning what it looks like for us to be followers of Christ together, working towards ending the unhealthy cycles of sexual sin in our lives.
Wherever you are in your story, this is a place to be radically honest—about shame, identity, and the hard questions of faith.
Each 2-hour group includes:
Witnessing Community (1st hour): A space for honest storytelling, exploring the “why” behind our behaviors through storywork practices that help us understand what’s happening beneath the surface.
Equipping Time (2nd hour): Focused on tools, curriculum, and clinical practices that strengthen and support long-term healing and growth.
You were never meant to do this alone. These groups offer a community of believers running the race beside you—fighting for health, freedom, and hope.

DIRECTOR
Jara Douse
As someone who has experienced God’s transforming grace firsthand, I’m passionate about helping women find freedom in Christ. My recovery journey began when Jesus met me exactly where I was, bringing profound transformation to my soul. Through His grace, my heart of stone was softened, and my relationship with Him has only deepened and grown. It’s through this transformation that God has called me to walk alongside other women, offering hope, encouragement, and the truth of His love to those facing similar struggles.
