Leadership Director
423 Communities is built on trained, discipled, and supported leaders. This initiative funds a dedicated Leadership Director to oversee our certification program, care for more than 200 trained leaders, and protect the integrity of the 423 model as communities continue to grow across the country.
The Leadership Director is not simply managing volunteers. This role is stewarding the people who steward the ministry.
423 groups are led by trained men and women who create spaces of confession, healing, accountability, discipleship, and recovery. These leaders carry some of the most sensitive and spiritually significant work in the ministry. They need ongoing support, clarity, training, and care.
Without dedicated leadership oversight, groups can drift in culture, leaders can burn out, and the model can slowly lose alignment. With strong leadership discipleship, 423 can multiply with health, consistency, and depth.

Your partnership helps ensure that as 423 expands, it does not simply grow larger — it grows healthier, deeper, and more faithful to its mission.
The strength of a ministry is not only found in what it teaches, but in the leaders it forms and the people it entrusts to carry the mission.
