Every 423 group is only as effective or healthy as the leaders who help facilitate this space. Therefore, it is our main goal as an organization to equip you and support the local expression of these witnessing communities. We do this by giving every leader our full attention in the following ways:
24/7 support and care - leaders can contact our leadership development team at any time, for any reason! We are here to serve YOU!
On-going trainings and resourcing - Every leader is required to be apart of our leadership development community, here we will equip you with on-going care for your spiritual, emotional and physical health as well as up-to-date research from the clinical recovery world.
Designated group support and care - lead you group with confidence as we support you in your role as a leader.
A true community of others who have stepped into the leadership role - join others who have dedicated themselves to this mission!

Every leader in a 423 Community understands the purpose and mission of 423 and has dedicated a portion of their time to engaging in their local context for the healing of men and women, helping them find lasting change and restoration. Leadership is not for those who have “figured it out” but are composed of men and women who understand the need for these communities to exist and have dedicated themselves to helping these communities provide space for people to find healing
