Addressing the Silent Struggle
Most churches respond to sexual brokenness when it surfaces. Few have created the conditions for healing before it does.
This lunch is for pastors who want to change that.
Addressing the Silent Struggle is an invite-only gathering of 20 church leaders for a shared meal, an honest conversation, and practical insight into one of the most significant, yet avoided, issues in the local church today.
You’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of what sexual brokenness actually looks like in your congregation, what your people need that they aren’t getting, and what it looks like for a church to become a refuge — not just a response.
There are 20 seats at each event.

423 Communities provides recovery groups, leadership development, pastoral training, resources, and recovery initiatives for men, women, betrayed spouses, teens, parents, and church leaders.
423 Communities exists to strengthen the local church by helping leaders build safer, wiser, and more redemptive pathways of care for those impacted by unwanted sexual behavior, pornography, betrayal trauma, and hidden shame.
